  I went here today to wash my $150 mattress protector for the second time and when I pulled it out if the front loader it was ripped and all the inside fell out. It was the only thing in the washer and this happened. When trying to contact the owner to talk to them about it the number they have shown was disconnected. I had to search the Internet to get a number to contact. Once I got in contact with the owner he was really rude and didn't even care. He advised me that there is a sign " use at your own risk and they don't take any responsibility for things that may happen. When asking the guy where it said that he told me I have eyes don't I so have a look. He was not helpful and didn't care about what happened. He keeptold telling me I was my fault and then hung up on me. I will never go back to this place again for anything and will let the word our about this place

  Didn't wash anything. Was clean and tidy but no change machine. Why have a coin laundromat if you don't offer coins?

  This is about the fourth time I have been here to wash large quilts. This latest time, I found the machine I was using needing a good clean of the seals and door. Also, the Lino floor needs a really good mop. It was filthy. I've just heard about a laundromat at enoggera that is very clean and cheap and has a coin machine. I'll be travelling the extra distance next time to go there!
